Velvet “Elly” Linen Midi Dress

NWT Velvet by Graham and Spencer linen dress. I really want to look good in yellow but I just cannot pull it off 😩. This is bright yellow (no filter) with side pockets. Elastic neckline can be worn off of the shoulder. Includes self belt but can be worn without. Flawless and such a soft, drapey linen.
