Velvet Embellished Sweatshirt

Style of shirt is a velvet scoop neck sweatshirt Very Luxe quality and Material Pearls are hand sewn to sleeves A tulle skirting is attached to the sweatshirt band Color is a rich blue/gray Size says TU which means one size fits most. My recommendation would be a size medium or large based on my fit.
