Velvet Floral Burn Out Saloni Gown NWT

This is a gorgeous velvet gown with faded turquoise and pink flowers. It is fitted from the waist down and has a semi open back. The fabric is ruched and lined on top, making it possible to wear without a bra for smaller chested women. The bottom is also lines and it falls beautifully and smoothly to the floor.
