Velvet Light Blue Cut Out Dress

For scale I am 5'7 with cup size B. This dress is super fun for going out and very versatile. Blue Velvet gives it a retro-vibe you can layer with. The cut outs make it great for summer/springtime or warm weather. I've owner it for 8 years now and wore it once. You could say it is a Nasty Gal Vintage piece. Fun for dancing.
