Velvet Long Sleeve High Neck Top

This is a stretchy velvet top with a lacy silky cut out. It says small, but if you’re okay with it hitting higher, it fits up to a large. I normally wear large tops but this fits me. The cut out is see through, as you can tell. The neck is very high but because it’s stretchy it does not feel like it’s choking you.
