Velvet Off the Shoulder Top

This is a soft, velvet off the shoulder top. Once it’s worn, the sleeves go about elbow length. It has a cute tie detail in the back and that is how it’s fastened. The black straps are adjustable and the back tie can be adjusted as well. It’s a little tough to describe the color as it’s a silver/gray, but has some purple undertones depending on the light.
