Velvet Pleated Skirt

Blue velvet long pleated skirt. No tags but elastic waist measures 10.5. Fits me as an 23 waist but it’s stretchy so it could fit 24/25 as well. Full length is about 28.5in and I’m 5’2 for reference. Would be so cute to style for winter. Thrifted, worn by me personally once other than to try on. No flaws.
