This royal blue sleeveless dress by Velvet Room has a scoop neck, a sheer black lace panel across the waist, and a fit & flare design. The fabric is stretchy, even the lace! The skirt is voluminous, it flares out and falls in folds around your hips, accentuating your curves. Very cute and fun style, bought this dress when my black Cloudless brand one (also for sale) got too big for me. No size tag, but based on measurements I’d say it’s a medium. Great used condition with no holes or tears! No size tag, would say it’s a medium based on measurements, but please see measurements shown in photos.
