Velvet Satin-like Skirt- Size M

Worn once and dry cleaned. Tiny pin marks on the waist band from dry cleaners and one tiny snag on back that you could snip and not see. See pic. Back of waist band is elastic . Super comfy skirt. Laying flat waist is 15.5 inches side to side . Depending on how tall you are it can be a full length skirt or midi. Im 5’4 and it hits my ankles. Length is roughly 35 inches from waist to bottom.
