Velvet Toms in Frost (with bow)

NIB Toms classic style shoes in Frost (lovely shade of icy blue). They are velvet and feature a bow on the top. Super cute but didn’t fit me and I never took the time to return them. These have been in the box in my closet for over 5 years!
