Velvet Torch Med. floral print dress

Striking floral print in bright colors on black background by Velvet Torch in size medium. It would look better on someone with some big to bigger bosoms, because my barely sized C’s just didn’t do it. The sleeves are short with ends that tie, a nice touch. The material is like seemingly everything else these days, not of natural origins, but at least no ironing!
