Velvet and Lace Midi Vintage Skirt

i got this lovely black lace and velvet skirt from my grandma from when she was young and it’s too big at the waist for me :( i love it so much and hope it can find a good home! it doesn’t have a tag but i’d guess it’d fit a medium/large best because i’m normally a small/medium and it’s just barely too big vintage and super cute
