Velvet and Sparkle Cheongsam inspired dress

Maroon velvet cap-sleeved dress in a cheongsam inspired style. Beautiful floral design is appliqued in glitter sparkles and lighter seed beads. (The design is hard to capture in my lighting, but the third picture gives the best view.) Two rhinestones buttons at the back of the neck. In excellent used condition. Has been dry-cleaned. oct mp
