Put over the basic dress and it does wonders. It’ll really set the tone for a dressy dress. And it’s lined. Has a rhinestone closure. There’s a shoulder drop at shoulder of 6” then the sleeve from there measured 23”. The bodice is about 23-24”. From shoulder seam it’s about 20” in length. The sides are about an inch longer on each side. It’s very elegant looking. A size L , I believe, could wear this since it’s very roomy
