Velvet black jumpsuit with tie and mesh neck

Neck is mesh with polka dots, has a velvet tie for the waist. Very unique and flattering, great for formal events with some heels. Hard to photograph because of the material but very soft. Slightly low backline shown in third picture. Brand new without tags
