Velvet black maxi skirt

Beautiful long velvet maxi skirt Claps will come undone so you can make the slit as high or low as you want. They are very sturdy and click into place so they will not come apart while you move. There is no size listed but it would fit a S / M. I was a small when I wore this skirt and I’m a medium now and it still fits. There is an elastic waist.
