Velvet black mini dress from Urban Outfitters

I got it off depop and wore it once. No flaws. First pic is held back to show how it’s supposed to fit. It’s a bodycon style dress but it doesn’t quite hug me. It’s a medium and true to size. Modeled on and xs for reference. Super stretchy too!! There’s super cute ruffle detailing all along the top.
