Velvet black vest, neat detail stitching

Nice velvet vest with chest patch pockets, double stitched details all around. 2 adjustable button gathers at back to tailor to your curves. Tag is medium ladies, runs a little loose fitting so could fit some large sizes. 4 button closure in front. The material is dark, photo is overexposed so you can see pockets & detail. This was a gift when I was in high school (early 90s) so vintage now!
