Velvet blazer. Size small

Bought this in a boutique it’s just too small for me. It does not have a size in it or a designer label it’s cut out but I am a size 4-6 in blazers so I would say its safe to say, it’s a 2-4 It’s a beautiful color blue and very good quality velvet would be great for the holidays
