Velvet brand circle skirt

Velvet the brand circles skirt with horizontal stripes across at the top of the skirt and then vertical lines going downward in the angular form it is double lined with the same fabric on the outside it's in good condition it's very movable. I did not see a size that only had velvet p so I'm taking it it's petite it looks as if it's a size small
