Velvet burnout tunic top

Whispers size small velvet burnout tunic top. Base is a beige color with a velvet floral design in olive, teal, rust, and purple. Body of tunic is lined while sleeves are left sheer. Sleeves are 3/4 length and are ruched. Ties at neck with teal tassels. Embroidered neckline. 100% polyester velvet with 100% viscose lining.
