Velvet by Graham & Spencer dress

Gorgeous rayon dress, very nice shoulder and cuff detail, A-line with slight flounce to lower skirt. Size says XL but this line runs small. I wear 10-12. Dress was altered to shorten the length, 34” shoulder to hem. Purchased for event and never worn.
