Found your perfect summer dress! This beautiful Velvet by Graham and Spencer will have you as the best dressed at the party! Beautiful all over floral print with a v-neck, puffed sleeves, and a flounced hem this can be dressed up or down. Throw some sandals on and head out, wear with sneakers and a denim jacket. When the temps cool down, add booties and a leather jacket. Love this dress but it is too big for me :(
