Velvet by Graham and Spencer satin top and skirt

Blueish gray and cream printed satin top and skirt. Top is draped to go slightly off the shoulder and skirt is cute tulip style with a tie. Top is small but fits like a medium, skirt is medium and digits more true to size. May be sold separately -- just let me know if you are interested.
