Velvet by Graham and Spencer soft cotton double layered dress

EUC Soft, comfortable steel gray dress from Velvet by Graham and Spencer. 94% cotton 6% Lycra. 3/4 sleeves. Measurements in photos. Two tiny snags: one on inside collar and one on skirt. Very pretty and versatile: can be dressed up or down. Square neckline. Sleeves look like they’re part of a shrug, but they’re actually attached to the dress. (Note: comes from a smoke-free but pet-friendly home.)
