Nine West velvet dress- size XS. Worn once for a holiday party and in like new shape. Super flattering and sexy. Belt at waist for detail but waist is more elastic and forgiving. Cute bell sleeve detail and criss cross material in front bottom. Hit above knee on me and I’m 5’3”. This dress is very forgiving and very flattering! Perfect for holidays!
