Velvet dress by guess

Dark blue velvet. I’m selling because while it does fit me, I’m petit and this dress leaves too much room above my shoulders. Dress gives a nice hourglass shape. I’m not sure how much it originally was so the original price is what I expect it would have cost at minimum when it was first selling.
