Velvet floral retro dress

beautiful soft velvet floral dress either neck tie in the front. has short sleeves and an elastic waist. it's a beautiful dress but was sadly too long for me so I never wore it. has retro vintage vibes to it. brand is jessy b, but I bought it from Modcloth. sorry I can't model it because it is way too long on me and looks ridiculous on my short frame!
