Velvet jacket- knee length

Vintage Velvet knee length jacket ( 34 inches from top to bottom) with silver/grey buttons. Purchased approximately around 2000. The two buttons in the back are super cute. It is missing one button in front at the bust but the top button could be moved to the middle(where it’s missing). No one ever buttons the one at the neck. It’s about 20 years old. Very good conditioning. No problems on the outside material. There is a dark spot on the inside lining that may come out- I don’t think I’ve tried. There is a bit of darker coloring around the neck area around the tag- see photos. It’s a very cute jacket !
