Velvet knee-high boots

Forever 21 knee-high velvet boots with a clear heel. Still have tags on them and stickers on the bottom, have never been worn except to try on. You can tie them at the top in the back. They go right above the knee for me. My foot size is an eight and woman’s but they can also fit a seven. :))
