Velvet lace green dress

Brand: Windsor Size: Small Color: Green Other Details: The lace/mesh is velvet green and the pictures don't do it justice! The midriff is also lace/mesh and makes a modern look. It is long sleeve and the sleeve is lace/mesh as well causing it to not be hot. Worn only once! I am 5' 3" and this dress fell at the perfect length.
