Velvet overtop/jacket

Gorgeous black velvet jacket/ open top with silver buttons and ribbon trim. Bottom 3/4 of jacket is sheer. Excellent condition. Beautiful worn with silk cammie underneath, or something lacy. This is truly a tough one to part with— I love it so much!! ( but I haven’t fit into it in years!!!) Time to be loved by someone with superb taste that appreciates having unique pieces in their wardrobe! Could also dress down with jeans and heels.
