Velvet sheer sleeved mini

Long sleeved mini dress Velvet material for the dress with cute rope cut out in front. Sheer sleeved. The bottom of the sleeve has velvet material cuffs with buttons. Zipper back. Says size medium. Measurements laying flat: 13 across chest 35 inches from top to bottom in length. Worn a handful of times. I can’t wear at work due to the sleeves.
