Velvet skirt

This velvet skirt is brand new and never worn, after I bought it I realized there was a button missing on it. It was too late to return bc the Charlotte Russe by me closed down. There is two buttons on top that one can be removed and sewn in the spot that it needs, just want to get rid of it. I was going to do it myself but never came around to wear it.
