Velvet sleeve and jeweled ribbon hoodie new W/tags

New w/tag. Cream color jeweled ribbon hoodie with velvet sleeves. It’s really pretty, just never wore it. The velvet on the sleeves are almost shimmery. The jewels on the ribbon are all intact. None missing.
