NWT Beautiful rich velvet, teal colored, flowing A-line type dress with double bell sleeves. Approx knee length (I’m 5’4). Size medium, never worn, new with tags from both brand (Green Envelope, LA) and TJ MAXX. Measurements: Length - approx 32 inches Width at hips - approx 21 in. Width at chest - approx 17.5 in. Sleeve length - approx 16 in.
