Velveteen and Semi Sheer Patterned Outerwear

I put this under cover-ups, because I think it would be super pretty over a swimsuit. it would look great over other summer clothing at the beach, pool, resort or cruise. I don't really know what it is meant for though. I actually bought it for the hippie aspect. I think it would look really cute with a skirt and boho blouse or a vintage dress with some long necklaces. I get Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks vibes from it ✌️😄 it's a nice maroon color with a greenish gold pattern.
