Waist is cinched with elastic. Gold zipper, scoop neck. Mid weight, not a summertime item. Measured laid flat: waist band as-is 17.5”, when fully stretched 23.5”. Length 25.5”. Sleeves 23.5” from inner collar to end of sleeve. Scoop neck 10.5” wide at shoulder seam.
