Does this jacket run true to size? It says small but looks roomy. Is the material stiff or stretchy? I’m wondering if it would have some room to stretch comfortably to medium. Thank you.

@aardythe Hi There, take a look at the measurements. The fabric is not all that stretchy, but I wouldn't call it stiff either. It's about 18 inches wide at the pits.
