Venus Aztec peplum off the shoulder embroidered top

Off the shoulder, bell sleeve embroidered top. Form fitting to waist and then flares out. New from Venus, came in plastic bag w/ no tags. Black background embroidered w/ blue, fuchsia, muted rose gold, muted silver and muted light gold embroidery.
