Navy blue mock neck dress in size small from Venus Clothing. This dress is discontinued now. There is ruching on the bottom at the outside hips/legs, long sleeves, midi length. Excellent pre-loved condition with no flaws; only worn once for a Thanksgiving event. It is made from a soft and lightweight modal fabric, super comfortable, and breathable…perfect for all seasons!
