@marciawest968 hi, sorry for the delay, I had to measure. The base is 12”x6” and it's around 12-13” high. Laid flat, it measures 18” across the top but that would depend on how much you stuff it. It was designed to hold a regular size iPad in the front pocket if that helps for scale.
