This item has handles that are each 26.5" long. There are 3 smaller pockets in the inside of the tote bag as seen in the pictures. There is a cardboard piece in the bottom of the bag that is approximately 3.75" x 10.75" in size. This piece is removable so that the bag can be washed. This bag has been used so there are a few small stains on the inside of the bag and the bottom of the bag, but they are very minor. This bag has been washed since I stopped using it. Great for work or travel! Smoke free home :)
