Condition: excellent used. No signs of wear. No stains, tears, etc. Features: - 2 straps - 2 ties (one on each side) to synch the bag as pictured (3rd pic) - 1 snap to close the tote - 3 pockets inside (1 with a zipper close) - simple exterior with no pockets Dimensions while lying flat: 9.5" tall, 15" long, 5" deep. Straps are 11" lying flat. Easily fits my 15" laptop 100% cotton, machine washable
