This is a beautiful Vera Bradley turn lock wallet in the pattern fanfare which is a black floral on a white background with accent colors of grey and yellow. It is cotton with a twist lock closure. It is authentic. It measures 7.5"×4.75". It is brand new with tags. There is an exterior zippered coin pocket on the back. The interior has 12 card slots 3 bill pockets and 2 ID windows.
