This wristlet has a top zipper opening with spots for six cards and another pocket inside on the opposite side. The outside has a zipper pocket that can be used for coins or mints. This does have a strap to carry it on your wrist and measures 6". This wallet measures about 7 1/2 inches across and 4 1/2 inches high.
