Vera Bradley wallet/ID wristlet. It could possibly hold a small cell phone in the outer snap pocket. The zipper opens to reveal a zipped change purse with slots for credit cards and 2 larger slots for bills. The zipper has the Vera Bradley logo attached for ease of zipping. There is a plastic ID holder on one side of the wristlet. Pretty blue and multicolored pattern.
