Vera Bradley laptop/commuter bag

Never used laptop/commuter bag with lots of pockets inside and out to stay organized. Very stylish and professional and goes with most outfits. Notice one handle is missing. (When moving, I cut open the box and got one of the handles). I’ve planned on cutting the other off and using some printed ribbon to accessorize with outfits but never got around to it. Will accept reasonable offers.
