jennarguellez I just read in the “help” section you have to cancel and they automatically process refund.. maybe there is a cancel option in your sold tab,sorry just trying to help I am new at this 😫

lanterossi @jennarguellez it does but it is for seller not buyer canceling. I want to be sure you are refunded and the sold is removed from listing. I did not print the label so no prob there.

jennarguellez How do I remove a sold banner? Poshmark does not remove sold banners and listings at this time, even if the order has been cancelled. The Sold listing acts as a record for previous transactions. Once a listing is sold, a user will not be able to purchase it again. If you would like to sell the item, please go ahead and create a new listing for the item.
