Vera Wang Cocktail Dress

This Simply Vera/ Vera Wang cocktail dress is to die for. Absolutely gorgeous black dress with navy blue around the arms. The dress has two layers, with a sheer black layer underneath the top thicker layer. It has some pleats in between the chest area and to finish it off it has a beautifully colored, satin silver belt with a bow. The belt has clasps to hold together as seen in picture. Perfect dress for Holiday parties!
